Kris, The FCC will accept test data showing compliance with CISPR 22 as long as the test methodology of ANSI C63.4 has been followed and any required testing above 1 GHz has been performed. I believe that there should be some European test houses listed as capable of performing the tests for a DOC under the MRA between the USA and the EU. The required limit is based on cost and how one markets and sells the device. To determine the max. frequency to test for, do I need the max. internal PC frequency or the max. internal freq. of the board?
