We are "fortunate" in that we always get the lab personnel to come to our facility to test our products. This has many advantages, the main ones being that any issues can be cleared up with the design engineers, and you don't let the lab people go until they agree to approve your product !!
Obviously we witness all the tests - in almost every case, we actually conduct the test, and the agency personnel witnesses us !
