Hello all, I would like to know what are the applicable requirements for a head lamp (frontal lamp) in the North America, regarding EMC and Safety matters, knowing that :
- The lamp is used for non professional matters, - The lamp is powered by batteries (lithium AA size), with or without a little regulation or switching mode. - The light is provided by LED or little lamps. - The complete product is in contact with body (head !) - The product is made of plastic. Do you know is there is some requirements regarding intrinsic safety (Ex) for this kind of product ? Thanks a lot for your comments, Best regards, Pierre Selva eLABs ------------------------------------------- This message is from the IEEE EMC Society Product Safety Technical Committee emc-pstc discussion list.
