This brings up an interesting idea for a hypothetical installation
manual:
"The USB pen drive you've purchased may cause radio and TV
interference. If this happens, take a piece of kitchen aluminum foil,
and wrap it around the USB disk drive and the bottom of the computer
chassis.
Either standard or heavy duty foil may be used. However, heavy duty
foil allows repeated use during the next file transfer."
