Typing "R079-001" into the search engine results in "PD 6608:1998, CENELEC Report R079-001:1998 Guide to achieving compliance with EC directives for alarm systems". It costs £20 to BSI members & £40 to non-members (PDF & paper versions). There is also an earlier version "PD 6608:1997, CENELEC Report R079-001:1996 Guide to achieving compliance with EC directives for alarm systems" (paper version only) I have used this method before and it is VERY quick - took 3 minutes to get the above, and if your company is a subscriber to the BSI on-line standards system you can then download the PDF's PDQ!
