I believe that EN 60065 would be a more realistic standard. In dealing with both the 60950 & 60065 standards in the CCTV industry and in speaking with several agencies it was determined that IEC 60065 based standards were a more realistic approach.

EN 60950 applies since it's a *security* camera, and the relevant CENELEC product committee chose that standard.
