Not only have many of the matters raised been addressed already, but the immoderate tone of the presentations would probably call forth comment from the moderators if published here. In view of Mr. Carter's position as a UKAS assessor, it could well be argued that the appearance of these critiques of published standards on his web site is highly inappropriate. I get into trouble for calling a spade a spade, but I wouldn't dream of publishing such material on the web.
