Jacob, I am also measuring BPL in the UK. We have an automatic Schaffner
loop but it is too noisy to get any good measurments. We have some manual
tuned loops designed by the University of Herts in the UK by a lecturer
there called Dave Lauder http://dragon.herts.ac.uk/~eleqdml/ If you contact
him he may give you the spec.

I would be interested to know what technique you will use. ie how do you
propose to measure low signal levels in the near field. I am trying to
obtain a sensitive E-field antenna to measure both E and H. I am doing a
PHD and not complience measurement so I may have a different requirement to
you.

I would like to chat to you off-line in more detail if you are interested.
