Hi Bob,

I think now it needs to be regarded as IEC 60068 instead of IEC 68.

An old copy I had seen of IEC 68-2-3 shows it to be an environmental
test Part 2 standard titled "Test Ca: Damp Heat, steady state". The
original IEC 68 version had been prepared by IEC TC 50.

The BSI website indicates IEC 60068-2-3:1969 has been withdrawn as of
March 1, 2004 and replaced by BS EN 60068-2-78:2002.

Is anyone familiar with IEC 68 Part 2-3? Web searches only find
references to it. I cannot find where to order it from. The IEC website
does not list it as an orderable document.
