Hello Bob,

I just found that IEC 60068-2-3 was withdrawn in 2002 and replaced by IEC
60068-2-78.
Link to the IEC 60068 in force and ongoing IEC 60068 projects in IEC/TC 104:

Hello Bob,

IEC 68-2-3 is the old number, you must add 60000 to the number, IEC 68-2-3
becomes IEC 60068-2-3.
In 1998 (as far as I renember) IEC changed the number system by adding 60000
to the number, one reason for doing this was to have same number as CENELEC
on the standards.

Best regards

Is anyone familiar with IEC 68 Part 2-3? Web searches only find references
to it. I cannot find where
to order it from. The IEC website does not list it as an orderable
document.
