Brian, I've used a Haefely PESD 1600 for the last 8 years. Its a nice ESD gun. I'm not real happy with Hipotronics who is the company in the US that services Haefely stuff. After 8 years the batteries got to where they didn't hold a charge for very long. After a lot of run-a-round I got a price from Hipotronics of $425 just to replace the batteries. I went to a local battery company (zbattery.com) and re-built the pack myself for $21.
