Konrad and All I would look for an ANSI C63.4 1992,1994, (years may be wrong) and there is an ANSI antenna calibration publication that would be helpful but I don't remember the number. I havent had a need for a new ANSI standard but there is an ANSI C63.4 2003. This will answer a lot of dipole to doughnuts questions I believe.
