Hi,
Questions - will the list of harmonise standard list called by 2004/108
be similar to that called by 89/336 ?
Assuming that the list of harmonise standard will be similar, y concern
here is on the Declaration of Conformity (DoC).

For product tested to the harmonised standard and put into service from
now to 20 July 2007,
can DoC reference to 2004/108 directive or still have to reference to
89/336 directive?

For product tested/put into service from 20 July 2007 to 20 July 2009,
can DoC have to reference to 89/336 directive or a must to reference to
2004/108 directive?

Regards
Koh
