Actually, that is a curve of frequency versus power.
IR may be the peak intensity, but there are much higher frequencies at lowr
intensities.
Also, natural radioactive processes in the body probably give off alpha, beta,
and gamma radiation.
Very hot.
You must be carefull with sneaky answers to questions.

What is the highest frequency signal generated by man?  What is the highest
frequency signal measured by man?  Is my hunch plausible that experimental
physicists are looking at ultra high frequency signals to try to find more
keys to the mysteries of the universe?

I think that would have to be the infrared emission from your body. True, we
REFLECT shorter wavelengths (blue eyes), but that energy isn't GENERATED by
your body.
