Michael, The transmitter/receiver is not tested to this standard, but must be tested to the appropriate standard(s) listed under the R&TTE Directive, likely EN 300 220. Bill

I have some question. I test portable RF door bell for radiated emission 30-1000MHz according to ETSI EN 301 489-1/3. For all range emission is low, with the exception of 433MHz (only then I push the button on transmitter, the bell is ringing and then emission is for 4-5s is about 60dBuV/m). How should I qualify this? Limit is 37dBuV/m. Maybe I shouldn’t test the transmitter, only receiver? Is anywhere in this standard written that transmitter shouldn't be tested?
