Michal, the second paragraph in clause 4.3 of 301-489-3 states "The
frequencies on which the SRD transmitters are intended to operate shall be
excluded from conducted and radiated emissions measurements when performed
in transmit mode of operation".
If you are testing without the standards available to you, I would
recommend purchasing them.

Hello!
I have some question. I test portable RF door bell for radiated emission
30-1000MHz according to ETSI EN 301 489-1/3. For all range emission is low,
with the exception of 433MHz (only then I push the button on transmitter,
the bell is ringing and then emission is for 4-5s is about 60dBuV/m). How
should I qualify this? Limit is 37dBuV/m. Maybe I shouldn’t test the
transmitter, only receiver? Is anywhere in this standard written that
transmitter shouldn't be tested?
