John, If this is the case can you explain why EN 55024 lists IEC standards throughout instead of EN standards and why Annex ZA even exists?

I am looking at the EN 55024:1998 version. You STILL use the EN. There are often subtle differences between an EN and the original IEC standard, and you only find those by reading and using the EN.
