I'm not sure but I think magnetic speedometers stopped
being used over ten years ago.
Note: The limit of exposure in the historical Swedish
MPRII rules governing exposure to magnetic field emanating
>from monitors is MORE than exceeded as a person sits in the
driver's seat driving at rates between 30mph and above.
The hands get exposure of more than 10-20 times the limit.
So sitting, driving an older car exposes you to a lot of
magnetic field.
Interesting that there were no concerns voiced about that
type of exposure during the old Paul Brodeur bruhaha.
