It would be interesting to analyze the failure mode. I assume the 
headlights could be operated by rectifying the signal with enough energy 
to operate the headlight relay, but that sounds pretty intense. Is there 
any logic in some automotive circuits that could be more sensitive?
Most speedometers are magnetically coupled unless they are digital., yet 
it mentioned the dial swinging. I can't imagine radar affecting a 
typical speedometer.
