Radar antennas direct energy quite well. But the symptoms cited are odd. It is very important to know which types of car are involved. With modern 'mobile mainframe' vehicles, almost anything is possible and equally difficult to track down. I'd like to know whether any old cars or trucks, say no later than 1960, are affected.
