IEC/EN55014 has been split into two parts, part 1 for emissions and part 2 for immunity. You need to apply these, together with IEC/EN 61000-3-2 and IEC/EN 61000-3-3. I write 'IEC' so that you can see that these are not 'Europe-only' standards, but you must look at the ENs to see what to do, because there are differences, even if they claim to be identical to the IEC.
