There certainly is one, and has been for many years.

IEC/EN55014 has been split into two parts, part 1 for emissions and part 
2 for immunity. You need to apply these, together with IEC/EN 61000-3-2 
and IEC/EN 61000-3-3. I write 'IEC' so that you can see that these are 
not 'Europe-only' standards, but you must look at the ENs to see what to 
do, because there are differences, even if they claim to be identical to 
the IEC. Annex ZA is one difference; it does not exist in the IEC 
standards.
