Guys, I've been presented with a request for testing kitchen appliances. These would be cookers, dishwashers, coffee pots, ovens, kettles etc. It does not cover hand held appliances.
Is there a specific product standard for these devices now, or in the planning stage? I'm sort of leaning to EN 55014 for emissions, but what for immunity? The company I'm looking into this for has received guidance from another. I believe tests are being skipped and I didn't want them to be guided wrong: I'd be much happier with a group concensus. Sincerely, Derek Walton L F Research ______________________________________________________________________ This email has been scanned by the MessageLabs Email Security System.
