This is pet peeve of mine, that hopefully some day will be resolved. (list administrators, I understand the rules, so you don't have to send me an email on how this is ok, I get it, it doesn't mean I have to like it). Hi Neil, to a degree, but it depends what Neven's looking for. The big 3 sites address labs that are authorized to do their testing. Nevens comment included useful people to help, implying engineering work was likely needed. In the latter case, accredited labs are not usually the best place to go, they are set up more for compliance work: and cost $$$ more. It is often better to go to a lower cost dedicated engineering lab where folks that really understand electronics behavior exist. Few compliance labs have those folks. My 5 cents worth..
