In order to clarify a point that was maybe not quite clear, I am looking for an independent lab in which I can run tests before or after I run the test at the car manufacturer's site, so it is really for my "background" work. Therefore the lab does not have to be certified by a specific car maker, but I need test capability and staff that is knowledgeable regarding the test-setup and requirements details.
