FWIW, some of my component xfmrs that are certified to 61558-x bear the
'CE' mark, which is based on the requirements of the agency that issued
the certificate and test report.

Yes, I've certainly seen a CE marking on internal transformers. I would
not say that it is necessarily universal practice, but it certainly
exists. In such a case, I would expect the harmonised standard to be one
of the parts of EN 61558.
