The way components are integrated in today's products, don't you have to look at what is in the product and not just what family standard it falls in to?
For instance, EN 55014 was originally for motor driven household devices and power tools such as blenders, washing machines and hand drills, but today manufacturers are incorporating high speed electronics into everything. So don't you have to ALSO test to EN 55011 or EN 55022? Refrigerators used to be a motor and a light bulb; but now they have micros running with clock speeds over 100Mhz. The same argument can be made with medical or laboratory equipment. If such a device has a motor in it shouldn't you also consider performing the click test according to EN 55014?
