What a dreadful unit! Considering that a litre is 1.06 US quart, I would 
have thought that 1368 psig-pints would be more logical. But a US pint 
is 1.04375 pounds, so 1428 psig-pounds would be even more logical. But 
again, that is 1428 square pounds per square inch. (;-)
