Then again, you can do what I just did. Same problem, and all of it on 
paper. So I sent 5 file cabinets worth of stuff out, had it scanned into 
PDF files. Approx. 62,000 pages. Came back as 762 files on one DVD. Now 
it's all on a server in the corporate data center with access to the few 
that need it. You can keep it forever that way.
