Hello Grace - 
        It is funny how engineers blame the lab when they fail EMI, but they 
almost
never blame the oscilloscope when they fail signal integrity.  ;)

        I do not envy your position.  Managing an internal lab is a job where 
no one
ever says "thank you".  When you fail a product they do not like you.  When
you pass a product they have escaped jail, take the report and run.
