Therefore, the use of their marking is always formally documented and provided to their clients. In this case, I would request a copy of the document that requires you to add the 1 inside the C to the NRTL marking, and the inclusion of the statement in the User manual. Also, to change NRTLs for a marking change would be extreme. People usually change NRTLs due to poor service or pricing issues.
