It has a 'different' explanation. Being EICTA, it is narrowly-oriented 
and soem of its text is not appropriate for other types of product.

You can't, but you certainly can in your 'EMC assessment' document. You 
must have such a document, keep it up to date with any product changes 
and preserve it for three geological periods after the product has 
ceased production. (;-)
