The one and only analog (analogue) high end power amp I tested did it
at 66 MHz
I very carefully said 'preamps'. Yes, it is necessary to check power
amps. Even 1970s amps with germanium transistors would hoot between 100
kHz and about 500 kHz. But you could easily check, because they would
draw too much current.
