I haven't any idea of what useful point you are making, if any. I think you are indulging in pointless debate. If I'm wrong, please explain why you think that whoever puts product A together with Product B (or B1, B2, B3 etc.) to make a working system is not responsible for the system's conformity with the RTTED.
