We don’t yet know whether the NEC is limited to the OSHA NRTL scope test standards or is open to all test standards the NRTL certifies products to. (Awful English, but understandable.) And, we don’t yet know whether the locally-adopted NEC will be the OSHA NRTL scope test standards or will be open to all test standards the NRTL certifies products to.
