Peter, would changing to a max 66 kHz PWM frequency on the 5I20 simply require a new fpga configuration to be compiled and downloaded to the 5I20, or does it require a hardware change ? I am asking because I am in the process of buying some servo amps from Jon and as noted in this thread they are optimized for 50 kHz.
