First I've heard about it in either case, which doesn't mean squat cuz I don't 
make it a habit to listen to braggers gossip, so is this another of your 
pipedreams?

And what the heck is RCSLib?

Humph, its probably safer than sourceforge ever was.  AND IT WORKS, which is a 
hell of a lot more than I can say for sourceforge.
