Other servo motors may not work due to their size, because the motors are integrated in cases of the same dimensions, which are tightly coupled to a belt-driven gear mechanism. I guess I will test the machine first with the original motors. All of the servo amplifier I looked so far deliver enough power for the Faulhaber servo motors.
