It looks like HAL mist and flood sigs are connected to a couple of the outputs 
on the AX IO board but it doesn't look like they connect back to iocontrol or 
halui.  This should not be a difficult task.  The HAL connections are trivial, 
even if we add a coolant override switch to the front panel and show off with a 
ladder rung.

We'd just have to chase down the coolant motor relay puller and connect it to 
to ax5214h.0.out-16 and make certain we have the correct output module at that 
location.  Then I'd think we'd want to connect the motor overload back into 
inhibit or at least to an operator message.
