As usual, McMasterCarr has it. Part number 2158K21 is a 1 gallon container of Mobil Vactra #2. It comes in cases (6 gallons per case), and they charge $16.38 per gallon if you buy case lots. But they _will_ break a case and sell a single gallon, at the slightly higher price of $19.17. I don't know what shipping restrictions they might have for shipping liquids.
