Hi,

You might try checking the board ID jumpers; it looks like both need to be in place for board 0.
I don't have a -Lite board but do have the 8 channel board.
Try starting emc with the board not installed and see if you get a message something like "board not found" or "board not installed". Usually almost the last thing in the error window.

Then check the jumpers, install the board and go again.

The "Lite" board was used in the Mazak conversion at Fest and worked quite well. Check the wiki for more information on the conversion.
