Hello, here http://wiki.linuxcnc.org/cgi-bin/emcinfo.pl?ContributedComponents#millkins_trivial_kinematics_extended_by_XY_skew_correction are kinematics module with skew compenastion and on top of that page are instructions how to install it to EMC2.
