I believe that Tom at MachMotion.com is the guy who sells Rutex in the 
USA.  I think they have a newer version of the 990H out now but I 
haven't used it. 

If you can't find the docs for the 990H boards I have them here 
someplace.  I still have two of those boards.  I pulled them off the 
machine a couple of years ago after having problems tuning them and 
noise issues, but I know suspect that the noise issue was due to a 
wiring error - but I really don't remember the details.  It may have 
been a faulty power supply wiring, floating ground etc.   I remember 
really struggling to get the Rutex tuning software to work.  But that 
may have been a grounding issue with my PC also.
