Hi Jon... 
a friend of mine bought a Mycenter 0 with a Fanuc 0M controller and does not 
have any schematics for the power supply, amps, main controller, etc. During 
the 
boot sequence, some of the internal boards light up their leds, but the control 
panel & crt never light up or come online. Perhaps the ps is not delivering all 
the voltages needed to boot all the way up??

It would be nice if we can repair the existing ps enough to use the machine as 
it is, but at what cost? He is trying to bootstrap himself into business, so 
funds are limited.

I think you are right. I will look up the Mazak files and study them.

This machine has a Fanuc controller, with Fanuc red cap AC servos. I don't know 
if it is possible to mate these to different amps, or if it is possible to 
drive 
the Fanuc amps using an analog reference or pwm from EMC2. Have you any 
experience with this?
