It's the least expensive ($89), and it plugs into a parallel port.  It 
has the least I/O of any of them, and also the slowest possible update 
rate, since all the data goes one byte at a time through the parallel port.

If you have the money to spend, then I'd get a PCI card - at least a 
5i20 ($199), possibly a 5i23 ($229).  They have an additional 24 I/Os, 
and can run at higher servo rates (may not be necessary, but hey - you 
might as well save some CPU time for other things)
