Dear all

this might be a newbie question, but I am very new to CNC and EM2, so please
excuse :-)

My machine is a diy tabletop

I have been playing with the EMC2 Live CD based on Ubuntu 6.06 "Dapper Drake"
and

had some trouble to configure the pins correctly:

1. Homing and limit switches

I have all limit switches connected on one pin and would like to use them also
for homing.

In the config wizard i could not find this option.

I have checked the wiki and think my case should be
under:http://wiki.linuxcnc.org/emcinfo.pl?Homing_And_Limit_Switch#Home_and_Limit_Switches_on_the_same_input

but there is no info... Is there a reason for this option not beeing available?

2. Axis active

My controller has one pin to set the axis active, so that the machine is not
powered on all the time,

which option should i use for that in the config?

3. Boost (High current for motor start)

the controller has one pin to supply full current to motors during start, could
i implement this somehow, is there a function to set the pin high during
accelerations, or during motor start?

Thanks for any reply in advance!

Nik
