They appear on eBay fairly regularly.
I made my own from an Arduino and an off-the-shelf power module ($20).
In principle you could replace the Arduino with an EMC2 machine.

Pico and Mesa both make EMC2-compatible servo drives which offload the
cleverness to EMC2 (most commercial drives do rather more internal
processing than is ideal for EMC2 use)
