it, I'd be REAL wary of such a listing.

Dreamers is right!  My guess is a real customer would pay $1500 or so 
for one of those, unless he had
great familiarity with the internals and reliability of that model.

As for the one in your building, it could be an easy fix, if it has a PC 
motherboard.  It could be as simple
as reseating connectors, blowing out dust, checking power supply 
voltages.  Or, it might need a new
floppy, head cleaning, drive replacement.  That sort of stuff is 
probably obtainable with modest difficulty,
except replacing the software floppy if no spare is hidden in the back 
of the machine.  Hopefully it
is 5.25" and not 8" floppy.
