Igor,

Perhaps you've had a chat with Anca by now. When I last chinwagged
with some of their technical management (nearly 20 years ago [1]), they
had a remote diagnostics capability on their machines, which they used
as part of their international technical support. (Though back then,
they used a unix variant, instead of M$, IIRC.)

Though their headquarters is only a couple of suburbs from here, they
seem to have offices or representatives in 16 European countries these
days, so you don't even have to deal with our Australian dialect of
English.

If their website is anything to go by, they're still a bunch of
enthusiastic technologists, keen to support their gear.

If you need a hand with anything, just yell out.

Erik

[1] While we discussed software development methodologies, what I
remember most is a tour of their development centre, where they had
a few machines for checking out the software. Watching a HSS blank
go in, and a shiny new drill bit come out after the elegant dance of
chuck and grinding head, was poetry in motion, I thought. (Certainly
more entertaining than managing telco transmission equipment, as my
    software did at the time.)
