What break-out-board are you using? Are you using CAT5 and how long? It
may help to study and understand pages 28-30 in the IMS document that
Andy linked in another message.

You may need to add or jumper some pull resistors or one or two other
components. As soon as we know what break-out-board you have we may be
able to help you more.

You may need a filter on the IMS board power, router motor controller or
other power supplies.
