What break-out-board are you using? Are you using CAT5 and how long? It may help to study and understand pages 28-30 in the IMS document that Andy linked in another message. http://imshome.com/downloads/manuals/ib.pdf You may need to add or jumper some pull resistors or one or two other components. As soon as we know what break-out-board you have we may be able to help you more. You may need a filter on the IMS board power, router motor controller or other power supplies.
