turbo cnc?  interesting. ..nice - $60 to register the shareware.  but that is 
significantly less than the cost and tortuous hours of overcapacity investment. 
 i do have a win 98 cd and a 486 box in the closet, but then i've already put 
in the ubuntu hours.  maybe i should keep my eye out for a parport switch box.  
did you use turbo cnc?  how, strictly in its function as a machine control, 
does it compare to linuxcnc?
